RanchTrace is Jones Ranch Coffee Company’s proprietary internal platform for managing coffee supply chain data, lot traceability, and production costs. The system tracks each coffee lot from origin to final packaging, linking supplier pricing, processing details, and inventory movement to a unique lot number printed on every bag. RanchTrace allows JRCC to monitor true cost of goods, maintain transparency in sourcing, and ensure every product can be traced directly back to its farm and production batch.
